Community Physiotherapist Role

Job Overview

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing evidence-based care to clients across various settings and caseloads. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments, recommendations, and interventions in clients' homes.

Furthermore, you will support hospital substitution programs, including acute and sub-acute rehabilitation services. You will also participate in government aged care programs, helping seniors stay well and independent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions in clients' homes.
  • Support hospital substitution programs and participate in government aged care initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage in clinical supervision with designated supervisors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in community or hospital physiotherapy settings (preferable). A Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted registration is also essential.

Additionally, you will need a valid driver's license and an insured, roadworthy vehicle.
