Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. As a community care professional, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care across various settings and caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and interventions in clients' homes.
• Support hospital substitution programs, including acute and sub-acute rehabilitation services.
• Participate in government-funded aged care programs to help seniors stay well and independent.
• Work independently in the community and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in clinical supervision with a designated supervisor.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Community or hospital experience in physiotherapy.
• Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted registration.
• Valid driver's license and insured, roadworthy vehicle.
