Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing execution across multiple channels, driving innovation and growth in the gaming industry.

The Role

As Sr. Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a 360-degree approach to the consumer journey, incorporating digital, PR, social, partnership, and localization strategies.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans that drive business growth by optimizing our digital marketing mix and increasing traffic to e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead the development of best-in-class point-of-sale materials and optimize local digital assets to enhance retail and e-commerce visibility and brand awareness.
  • Own overall marketing insights, reporting, and tools, including KPI setup and measurement, to ensure successful campaign evaluation and data-driven decision making.
Key Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or brand management within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to challenge existing processes and norms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence brand strategy across the organization and with distribution partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities based on data-driven analysis.
  • Experience in budget management and tracking category marketing budgets.
  • Expertise in full sales and marketing mix, developing marketing plans and 360 campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of customer preferences, attitudes, and other factors influencing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Positive attitude with unquestionable integrity.
  • Ability to analyze and understand sales trends at SKU level and use that to develop forecasts and sales plans to drive growth.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically.
