**Job Summary:**

The Regional Program Manager will develop, drive, and scale regional corporate security projects and programs worldwide.

This role offers exposure and experience across the organization, utilizing a high level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit to drive success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Manage planning, development, and delivery of regional and global projects and programs.
  • Lead initiatives to identify, prioritize, and achieve continuous improvement in security controls and processes.
  • Undertake frequent sampling of physical security programs, incident management response effectiveness, and functional efficiency.
  • Conduct analysis and report on key program performance metrics to leadership.
  • Support day-to-day operational management as a pivotal member of the operations team.

**Requirements**:

  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English, both written and verbally.
  • Secondary regional language preferred.
  • Knowledge of corporate/public sector security environment and physical security systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as an effective team player.
  • Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
  • Solid data analysis skills and flexibility.
  • Understanding of international relationship building and development of cross-functional relationships.
