Gaming Manager Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Gaming Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management group, you will be responsible for leading our gaming operations and ensuring they are run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in gaming management, with experience in managing teams, budgets, and customer relationships. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily gaming operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve gaming revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in gaming management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certificates.
