• Design and implement an insurance management plan that aligns with business objectives.
• Lead annual renewals and secure project-specific policies for major construction projects.
• Provide specialist advice on insurance and contractual terms, risk transfer, and compliance.
• Manage claims and provide guidance following insurable losses.
• Prepare reports for executives and the Board.
• Deliver insurance training across the organisation.

• 3+ years of experience managing corporate insurance programs, ideally in energy or infrastructure.
• Strong skills in broker/insurer management, policy review, and claims handling.
• Negotiate insurance clauses in commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
