Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires strong supervision, coaching, and mentoring skills to lead a team of dedicated educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). They will be able to demonstrate a commitment to creating safe and secure environments where children can thrive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it)
  • Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a long day-care centre
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, as well as a valid Working with Children check
