We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in Bundaberg, Queensland.

About the Role:

  • As the Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations and provide strong leadership and mentorship to your team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of all aspects of pharmacy operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory management.
  2. Leadership and mentorship of your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  3. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  4. Working closely with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the region to provide comprehensive and integrated healthcare solutions.

Salary & Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including an estimated $75-$85 per hour plus superannuation flat rate, reflecting their experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
  • Vaccination training.
  • A genuine desire to help people with their health.
  • A proven ability to lead a team and grow a pharmacy business.
