Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement of medical consumables for our clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Leadership: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our clients' organisational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring favourable terms.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising wastage.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities support clinical operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years within healthcare consumables
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
