Paediatric Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Psychologist to join our team at MediRecruit Australia Pty. As a Paediatric Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical therapy services to children and families in a supportive and private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual therapy sessions with children and adolescents to address a range of mental health concerns
- Develop and implement positive Behaviour Support plans to promote healthy behaviour and development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, cognitive assessments, ADOS assessments, and other relevant evaluations to inform treatment plans
- Deliver services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and work with clients to set achievable goals and outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology (Honours or Masters level)
- Current and valid full registration as a psychologist (general or clinical) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in development and implementation of positive Behaviour Support and Counselling
- Eligibility to be registered with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Working With Children Check
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
