Chief Quantitative User Experience Research Strategist

This is a leadership role that involves driving research efforts to inform product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive research plans for high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prioritize research initiatives to inform product vertical strategies, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Design and implement programs of study and knowledge sharing relevant to strategic goals, leading large-scale projects.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in consumer-facing business domains, with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Able to manage, challenge, and shape inbound research requests, proposing well-defined research projects or programs.
- Detailed understanding of quantitative and qualitative research principles, directing projects to optimal methods and maximizing research value and efficiency.
