We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, actively engaging with guests, and ensuring their overall experience is enjoyable and memorable.

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities
  1. Engage with guests, share knowledge of our products, and create special moments that leave a lasting impression.
  2. Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations are upheld at all times.
  3. Process machine payouts, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records in accordance with hotel policies.
Requirements
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • You hold current industry RSA and RCG/RSG qualifications.
  • You are flexible and able to work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
