Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to support clients in achieving their hearing health goals. As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with clinicians to provide tailored solutions.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing the client experience through process-oriented and purpose-driven work. This involves providing emotional support, addressing client concerns, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and healthcare professionals.

  • Supporting clients with their hearing needs and providing guidance on available services
  • Collaborating with clinicians to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
  • Computer literacy skills and proficiency in relevant software applications
