About the Role

Big Rock Toyota are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection.

Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiriesPrepare repair orders and communicate work required to guestsLiaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle statusMaintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the processUpsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Service Advisor would be valuable but not criticalPrior customer service/sales experience essential (automotive preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressureHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailCurrent driver's licence
