Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate Engineer.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for tackling technical problems across codebases while building features with team support.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers through pair programming to enhance development workflow.
  • Partner with AI coding agents to develop innovative solutions.
  • Work with product managers and designers to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain and support team services to ensure seamless operation.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or a coding bootcamp finished within the last 12 months.
  • Willingness to work across various technology stacks including React/TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, and Go.
  • Excitement about leveraging AI coding tools such as Claude Code to drive innovation.
  • Proactive, clear communication skills with empathy and kindness.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative and seeking support when needed.
  • Growth mindset and openness to challenges.
