Job Title

As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a growing portfolio of commercial properties. Your primary objective will be to manage and grow this portfolio effectively.

  • Manage a diverse range of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee lease administration, renewal, and negotiation processes.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor services to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, arrears, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and refine systems and processes that support departmental goals.
About You:

To excel in this role, you must possess at least 5 years of experience managing your own commercial portfolio and hold a valid WA real estate registration. Ideal candidates will have a track record of inspiring leadership and a solid understanding of Cirrus8 software.
