Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Store Development Manager to join our team. As a Store Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of store development projects, including new openings, refits, relocations, and expansions.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, managing feasibility studies, zoning approvals, and site surveys, coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to meet milestones, performing site visits to ensure construction quality, safety, and brand integrity, and managing budgets, timelines, and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of experience in retail store development, construction, or project management, exceptional skills in scheduling, budgeting, and managing multi-site projects, a deep understanding of retail design, construction methodology, and local permitting processes, and proficiency in project tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management software.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
