SEM Specialist Job Description

As a key member of our global team, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our digital presence by driving impactful campaigns across international and domestic markets.

This is an exciting role for an innovative SEM specialist with extensive hands-on experience in search engine marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and be able to communicate complex strategies simply to diverse groups.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other key tools, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.

We are seeking a collaborative team player who can work closely with the Performance Marketing Analyst to drive A/B testing, reporting, and insights for continuous campaign improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive search, display, and video marketing strategies across international and domestic markets.
  • Create, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and Online Video platforms.
  • Monitor and allocate budget across channels based on performance data and insights to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Oversee all stages of account planning, including campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy, targeting, audience selection, bidding logic, and match type setup.
  • Run A/B tests, collect data, and identify trends to optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and YouTube for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Performance & Buying Department and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a similar SEM role - either in-house or agency-side.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with search engine marketing (preferably Google AdWords, Bing Ads & DuckDuckGo).
  • Knowledge of key tools such as Google Adwords & YouTube.
  • Ability to manage several projects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate strategy simply across a diverse stakeholder group.
