The successful candidate will provide a recognised reference point and consistent broad level of influence regarding service planning and delivery to multi-disciplinary clinicians across a defined practice area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and guidance to healthcare teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
- Develops and implements service plans to meet the needs of patients and the community.
- Collaborates with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of healthcare services to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
Remuneration Package: $170,016 - $176,751 (including salary $145,403 - $152,747)
