About the Role

Henderson Healthcare is representing a leading charity providing integrated support programs for veterans and their families.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with ADF members and their families to address mental, emotional, and behavioural issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client intake activities, including eligibility assessments, intake interviews, and psychosocial assessments
  • Lead coordination of care through case conferencing and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver individual and group mental health support and interventions to veterans and their families
  • Participate in Veteran and Family Wellbeing Centre activities
  • Develop and deliver health and wellbeing projects and programs
  • Provide mental health triage and referral support to Liaison Officers and Regional Manager
Essential Requirements
  • Relevant qualification
  • Registration with a certifying body (e.g., Australian Counselling Association or AASW)
  • Experience with social, financial, physical, and/or psychological issues
  • Proficiency in intake, assessment, and record-keeping
  • Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
  • Ochre card and driver's license
