We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead our corporate finance team in Brisbane.

About the Role

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full financial function including end-to-end reporting, statutory accounts, treasury, tax, audit, and accounts payable.
  • Manage treasury and short term cash flow forecasting to support operational discipline.
  • Ensure tax compliance including ITR, FBT, and tax effect accounting.
  • Drive accuracy and governance across accounts payable and supplier payments.
  • Lead external audit processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Support and develop your team, including a Senior Accountant and AP Officer.
About You
  • You should be CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Have proven experience leading finance in mining, resources or heavy industry.
  • Be technically strong and comfortable operating at pace.
  • Confidently manage lean teams and own end-to-end processes.
  • Familiarity with Pronto ERP is an advantage.
