Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek is a 126-place childcare service that offers a warm and nurturing learning environment for children aged six weeks to six years. Our centre is located in a growing suburb with a strong sense of community, close to cafes and shops.

We offer on-site parking for staff and a bus stop outside our service for easy access via public transport. Our facilities are well-maintained, and we have a beautiful, large, lounge-style staff room for our team.

Essential Qualifications
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Current and valid Australian Work Rights
Essential Skills, Attributes, and Experience
  • Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children
  • Understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Collaborate within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting
