We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged six weeks to six years.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading childcare centre and take the next step in your career as an Educator. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children, and designing age-appropriate programs that cater to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Provide high-quality care and education to children, including planning and implementing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and harmonious working environment
- Collaborate with other Educators and support staff to achieve the centre's goals and objectives
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA)
- Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
- First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
- Current and valid Australian Work Rights
