**Waste Management Career Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recycling Plant Operator.

This is a permanent full-time position with a Monday to Friday roster and occasional weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery, including excavators and wheel loaders, to recycle and process construction and demolition waste.
  • Shred and screen waste using the designated equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and operate water cart vehicles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in waste handling, preferably in landfill operations or waste transfer stations.
  • A valid HR licence is advantageous.
  • A strong aptitude for safety and collaboration, with a positive attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
