Our front of house team is the face of our business. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a key member of our team.

This role requires a barista with experience in a fast-paced environment, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Latte art skills are a must, but we can provide training if required.

We offer a unique opportunity to work in two locations, Hamilton Harbour and Hercules Street. Our store makes everything in-house from our banana bread to our fillo pastry and fresh salad daily.

As a front of house team member, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. Food knowledge is a bonus, but we are happy to teach those who are willing to learn.

Job Requirements:

  • A food safety certificate is required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Barista experience, with latte art skills preferred
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations
