About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Director to lead our Maven Dental practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our practice and ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our practice team, ensuring we deliver high-quality patient care and achieve our business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive business expansion and improve profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop our front office and clinical support teams, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve our practice's quality of care, ensuring we meet the highest standards of dental care.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in dental practice management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving profitability.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
