About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Synergy Rehab Solutions. As an OT, you will work with individuals with complex physical and neurological conditions, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions to improve functional abilities, mobility, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide cutting-edge care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visits.
  • NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with adults, particularly those with complex physical and neurological conditions.
