Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, replenishing amenities and supplies, and ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy. You will work independently as well as part of a team to achieve excellent results and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupation, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking toiletries and other amenities
  • Restock and replenish supplies, such as towels, soap, and toilet paper, as needed
  • Ensure that all areas of the hotel, including public spaces and corridors, are clean and tidy at all times
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
