Maintenance and Facilities Role

This is a dynamic environment where you will contribute to the success of a world-leading air services provider. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in maintenance and facilities roles to join our team on a full-time basis.

About this role:

As Maintenance Handyman, you will have excellent organizational skills, strong 'handyman' capabilities, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance jobs, monitoring progress, and ensuring equipment is in working condition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor maintenance job progress and provide updates to internal customers.
  • Respond to facility equipment and services breakdowns.
  • Ensure all services and equipment are available at the start of each day.
  • Record maintenance and breakdown times.
  • Manage and issue preventative maintenance requirements for contractors.
  • Catalogue and order spare parts.
  • Assist with maintaining the Engineering document library.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices.
  • Monitor water treatment systems.
  • Contribute to a safety-first environment and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies.
Requirements:
  • Evidence of successful team leadership and membership.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, and innovative.
  • Proven track record in achieving KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate with operational staff, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to obtain ASIC card.
  • Customer-focused with an ability to build constructive relationships.
