Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced M&A Underwriter to join our dynamic team. As a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Insurance Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our regional growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, lawyers, and third parties.
- Deliver presentations to clients, educating them on our M&A products.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of policy wordings.
- Structure tailor-made solutions, considering underwriting parameters, guidelines, and knowledge to win new business and retain existing clients.
- Maintain industry networks and analyze data for monthly business reports.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
We are looking for a self-starting individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills. A minimum of five years of M&A insurance experience is essential, along with demonstrated knowledge of client industries and businesses, market knowledge of risk, good interpersonal skills, and a passion for excellent customer service and relationship-building.
You will thrive in a close-knit team environment, have the ability to make decisions, drive business growth through team success, and have a hunger for personal development.
