Job Role Overview

This position involves developing and executing the brand's social media strategy, enhancing its identity, and providing advocacy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that leads to exceptional brand presentation, follower growth, reach, and directly attributed organic sales growth.

  • Develop and implement social strategy across channels, creating unique content requirements, budget, and KPIs.
  • Plan, shoot, curate, and publish engaging social media content daily across all relevant channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing management team to execute planned influencer strategy, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new ones.
  • Utilize in-app metrics, Google Analytics, and website metrics to measure and report on performance of all organic digital marketing and social media channels.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an organic social media-related role with demonstrable results.
  • Creative skills with extensive experience in creating highly engaging content suitable for specific target audiences.
  • Experience working with the Adobe suite, scheduling tools, and video editing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and creative details.
  • A passion for delivering excellent community management and rapid response.
  • Highly organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to think on a global scale, with both domestic and international consumers in mind.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
