Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis and evaluation of complex business processes to drive efficiency and consistency in risk and compliance processes to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Support the execution of global risk processes.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform risk strategy and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive effective outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of risk management.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and re-engineering according to industry best practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience working in complex business environments across all aspects of an organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Prior experience working within a risk or compliance function would be highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt would be highly desirable.
