Private Client Solicitor Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team on a challenging project.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a caseload of various areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts, and Trust administration, with a supervisory element to the position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a wide range of case loads, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Handling Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and other relevant matters.
Requirements:
  • +2 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant area of practice.
  • Experience handling a caseload, including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and other relevant matters.
