Job Description

The role involves managing a caseload of diverse areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts, and Trust administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
  • Managing supervisory elements in the position.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in relevant private client practice areas.
  • Relevant private client accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE.
