Family Physicians

We are seeking a skilled Family Physician to join our dynamic team at the Esquimalt Urgent and Primary Care Centre.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and possess a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced primary care provider to deliver integrated care to patients in a state-of-the-art clinic.

The EUPCC offers a turn-key operation with minimal administrative burden, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care.

We offer a group clinical service contract with competitive rates.

  • New practitioners may be eligible for incentives to help with education debt or signing bonuses.

Our data-driven approach allows you to optimize patient care using our clinics information system.

You will establish a minimum panel and participate in urgent care. After-hours care is inherent in the role, with shared coverage among the after-hours call group.

Additional Information:

  • 0.5 to 1.0 FTE Longitudinal/Urgent Care Position or Minimum 2 shifts per month for Urgent Care Only Position.

  • Eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
  • Family Medicine Certification of the College of Family Physicians (or equivalent).
