Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain optimal workplace health and safety standards, quality, and hygiene protocols by adhering to established procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of required documentation and reporting tasks, contributing to seamless operations.
  • Provide responsive support to residents' queries and requests, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Perform laundry duties efficiently, including loading washers and dryers, sorting linen, and ironing, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Assist with basic food preparation, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas, and perform dishwashing tasks, upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence.
  • Conduct thorough general cleaning, including mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and living spaces, ensuring a pristine environment.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and relationships with colleagues, residents, and other stakeholders.
  • Cleaning or catering experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
  • Be flexible and available for various shifts throughout the week, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to meeting operational needs.
  • Display an understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
