Job Title: Senior Psychologist, Education

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team. As a senior leader in school psychology services, you will play a key role in promoting the mental health and wellbeing of students and staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of school counsellors/school psychologists, providing professional leadership and ensuring high-quality psychological services are delivered to schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of school counsellors/school psychologists
  • Provide professional leadership and guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote student mental health and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents and other stakeholders to support student learning and development
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level of expertise in school psychology and mental health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
  • Ability to develop and implement effective programs and services
