The Role:

Are you ready to kick-start your career in commercial real estate with a valid real estate license?

You'll join our award-winning Asset Management Services team, recognized as a leader in managing premium property portfolios for top clients. This role offers a fast-paced environment where you'll support senior property managers in the day-to-day management of landmark commercial assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with portfolio management activities.
  • Coding invoices and financial accounting.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and Sundry charges.
  • Arrears Management.
  • Undertake fixed, CPI, and market rent reviews.
  • Lease maintenance and updates.
  • Monthly tenant reporting.
  • Defect monitoring and maintenance coordination.
  • Establish relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least one year's experience in a similar property role.
  • Relevant degree preferable, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property).
  • Holding a valid Agents' Representative/Certificate of Registration is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Organization skills to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confident communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to coordinate business submissions and reports.
