Job Title: Senior Maintenance Operations Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team as a Senior Maintenance Operations Leader.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. As the Senior Maintenance Operations Leader, you will oversee a multi-trade team of four (4) to ensure all site equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

You will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance programs, allocating resources for reactive repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
