Job Title: Technical and Quality Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional workwear solutions that meet our customers' needs.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Technical and Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in technical, engineering, and/or quality management roles.
  • They will be responsible for managing cross-functional technical teams, delivering engineering services within complex, contract-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and managing the Design, Technical, and Quality teams.
  2. Delivering engineering services efficiently, minimising costs and optimising product design, development, testing, and issue resolution timelines.
  3. Establishing and maintaining systems, processes, and structures to deliver all engineering activities aligned with project milestones.
  4. Setting and maintaining quality assurance and control strategies and policies across all products.
  5. Ensuring all uniform products meet or exceed relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years' experience in technical, engineering, and/or quality management leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with engineering standards and frameworks (EIA:632 process knowledge highly desirable).
  • Expertise in quality control, quality assurance strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to deliver engineering services within complex, contract-driven environments.
