Job Title: Assistant Head of Department
About Our School:

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of our students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure academic success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and community groups to foster a sense of belonging.
- Provide support and guidance to new teachers to help them integrate into our school community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Masters of Teaching or Bachelor of Education, are essential.
- A current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required, or eligibility to gain it.
- Working rights for Australia, or the ability to obtain them, are also necessary.
