Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials Specialist

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or experienced professional to join our high-performing Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials (OHHM) team as a HAZMAT Consultant. The role involves providing technical advice on Hazardous Materials and Occupational Hygiene issues, conducting Asbestos/HAZMAT Surveys and removal, Asbestos airborne fibre monitoring & fibre counting, and preparation of Technical Reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on Hazardous Materials and Occupational Hygiene matters.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement effective remediation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or a related field.
  • Hazmat industry experience or exposure through study.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian citizenship or rights to work in Australia.
