Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned corporate attorney to lead transactions across multiple industries and provide strategic legal advice to high-level clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law, with a proven track record of advising corporate clients on significant transactions.

  • Manage and lead corporate and commercial transactions across multiple industries
  • Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to high-level clients
  • Handle M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements, and governance issues
  • Deliver commercially driven outcomes that support long-term client goals

You'll engage directly with executives, boards, and founders, working closely on strategic matters and providing legal insight that guides long-term decisions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law
  • Experience advising corporate clients on significant transactions
  • Confidence in working independently and managing client relationships
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to advise on risk and opportunity
