Our skilled survey consultancy teams ensure comprehensive management of any asphalt surfacing endeavor, minimizing risks and facilitating a smooth path to project success.

In this role, you will employ our exclusive PaveSmart Technology alongside various level control systems and survey data to aid in the material laying process. Your contributions will help guarantee that our clients meet their depth level requirements, contract tolerances, and smoothness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with site supervisors and engineering personnel.
  • Maintain regular communication with plant operators and site teams to uphold level controls.
  • Control asphalt paving machinery utilizing our proprietary PaveSmart system.
  • Establish control networks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Asphalt Level Hand.
  • Background in Asphalt Labouring or Operating.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • RII and/or VOCs certification is advantageous.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and travel as required.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and background check.
