Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced surveyor to utilize proprietary PaveSmart technology and level control systems for asphalt surfacing projects, ensuring depth level requirements and smoothness standards are met.

Aptella PaveSmart has been providing surveying and paving services to major infrastructure projects in Australasia and the USA. Our experienced survey consultancy teams provide complete control of any asphalt surfacing project, removing risk and smoothing the path to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with site supervisors and engineering staff on a daily basis to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with plant operators and site staff to maintain level controls and ensure project quality.
  • Operate asphalt paving machines using the proprietary PaveSmart system to achieve precise results.
  • Install control networks to ensure efficient project management.
Requirements:
  • Proven survey experience with a focus on asphalt surfacing.
  • Strong understanding of asphalt paving processes and technologies.
  • Current driver's license and construction induction card.
  • RII and/or VOCs (desirable).
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high reliability.
  • Able to work day, night, weekend, and away from home as needed.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check.
