We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.
Gloria Jean's Coffees has been a leader in the Australian coffee scene since 1979, serving only the best quality coffee made fresh from our roaster to your cup.
As a Barista with us, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service and a top-notch coffee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Work effectively as part of a team supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
- Café or hospitality experience is desirable but not necessary
