Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Leader to drive enterprise transformation efforts and develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.

This role plays a critical part in driving process improvement, implementing digital solutions, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
  • Engage with subject matter experts and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Support the standardisation of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a delivery mindset.
