
Retail Experience and Growth Specialist

CentralNic in Australia is seeking a skilled Retail Customer Support Specialist to work closely with Tech Support teams worldwide. This role requires delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution, and providing administrative support.
Key Outcomes:
- KPIs and SLAs are consistently met during your shift.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support for timely resolutions.
- Process customer requests to activate, update, or make changes as requested.
- Provide administrative support to enable customers to use their products effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and responsive communication.
- Upsell relevant products to the customer base, promoting growth and revenue.
- Provide invoices/receipts for services supplied, including currency conversion.
- Ensure all activities comply with global compliance requirements, legal standards, and company policies.
- Participate actively in professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Industry knowledge of domains, DNS, registry, transfers, migrations, cPanel & WHM, and Office 365.
- Strong technical skills, including problem-solving and logical approaches to work.
- Familiarity with domain name processes, admin, and policy knowledge, as well as full understanding of DNS.
