Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a head chef looking to take on a larger team and venue. You will be responsible for developing and building your kitchen team, managing financials, and maintaining consistent product quality.

You will collaborate with the executive chef to oversee menu creation and development, working in a changing environment and leading by example with strong communication skills.

Requirements

Ambitious and experienced head chefs with high-volume service experience, team management skills, and a good understanding of kitchen administration and financials are required.
