Job Title:

Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide frontline care to patients, supporting them along every step of their fertility journey.

This role is unique, as you will work in an office environment interacting with patients both over the phone and face-to-face. Alongside clinical duties, a significant proportion of your role will involve providing patient care, support, and education.

  • Patient face-to-face interviews and phone chats
  • Collaborating with doctors and scientists to coordinate care, working together to tailor unique treatment plans for each patient
  • Providing instructions to patients for the self-administration of IVF drugs
  • Providing results to patients over the phone and support at any point required
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, clinical data entry, and general administration duties associated with the role
  • Supporting and educating patients throughout their fertility journey

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for this role, with Fertility experience ideal but not essential. You will have strong clinical skills, but also strong people skills, as a large component of this role involves support and counselling.

As this role is office-based, you will need strong administration skills and technical competence - we work across a number of different IT systems, which you will need to learn.
